Exceptional Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained from grinding Hojiblanca and Koroneiki olives in different proportions, resulting in a blend of complementary flavours and aromas characteristic of each of the olive varieties.
In the case of the Koroneiki, it is reminiscent of wild flowers, dried fruits, pepper and yuzu. Added to this, fruity notes of green olives of medium-high intensity, aromatic hints of freshly cut grass, wild plants, and vegetables such as tomato and artichoke, so characteristic of the Hojiblanca variety.
As a whole, this is a balanced oil of medium-high intensity.
