Surprising in the nose, with an intense green olive fruitiness and aromas of freshly cut grass, giving way to hints of tomato plants, green almonds and banana peel, and finishing with a complex aromatic blend of geranium leaf, green walnut, and aromatic plants such as thyme and rosemary.

On the palate, it’s both sweet and intense, with a progressive medium spiciness, and the exact balance of bitterness to accompany it.

The retronasal aroma confirms the complexity presented in the nose, closing with a hint of freshly cut grass.
