• DO Zaatar Spicy 250 ml.Zaatar, the best kept secret of Middle Eastern cuisine; a mixture of aromatic herbs and spices, very present in Arab and Persian cuisine, and which has as many combinations as mothers boasting their own secret recipe.
  
  Officially, Zaatar mainly mixes thyme with other spices such as: oregano, sumac, black pepper, cumin, lemon and toasted sesame seeds, and is characterized by its fresh and herbaceous flavor with slightly acidic touches, which are usually mixed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, until obtaining a paste to spread on pita bread. We have prepared this version of Spicy Zaatar, to which we have added a good amount of our “Malnacio” Habanero-infused Oil that will provide a very interesting intensity.
  It is also often used as a condiment for salads, vegetables, roasted meats, fish and much more
