An explosion of Mediterranean sensations that can only be achieved by blending an early harvest Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil with sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil picked at dawn next to our facilities in Vega de Antequera.
By using the low-temperature infusion technique, we manage to preserve the healthy properties and organoleptic qualities of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Along with the aromas of the fresh basil and the tomatoes, slowly dried in the sun, the end result is a remarkable oil, which has undoubtedly become our star product.
🍲 It’s so versatile you can use it with any type of cheeses, pasta and risottos, or green tomato salads. It also gives a surprising twist to seafood or grilled white meats.

The basil used in this speciality blend grows at the foot of the Arbequina olive tree. Just before preparing this aromatic oil, the fresh basil is cut and infused with sun-dried tomatoes; then it is vacuum-sealed and kept at a low temperature for a period of 10 hours. The result is an extremely fresh, verdant, aromatic oil, ideal to accompany and enhance your pasta dishes, risottos, cheese and, of course, tomatoes and salads. Or try it simply drizzled on toast, with a little salt.
