The very first of our flavoured oils, made by cold-pressing Arbequina olives and fresh organic lemons from the Guadalhorce Valley in the province of Málaga.
The olives harvested next to the mill are pressed with the citrus fruit within an hour of harvesting. The result is an oil with the characteristic fruitiness of early Arbequina and the bitter, powerful aromas of the lemon peel and flesh. We like to call this oil, like the rest of our citrus oils, "Extra Virgin Oil of Lemons and Olives".
🍲 Excellent for dressing meat and fish tartares and carpaccios, as well as tiraditos and ceviches, or grilled white meats.
