In order to obtain this Extra Virgin olive oil and lime, we follow the same steps as for the cold extraction of extra virgin oil, but in this case, grinding olives of the Arbequina variety together with fresh organic Spanish limes.
The resulting mass is then beaten and centrifuged at a temperature below 27ºC, always using mechanical procedures and with hardly any human contact involved.
The result is the blend of the aromas of the Arbequina olive - fruit purée, apple, kiwi, nuts and tomato - along with the freshness and intensity of the lime.
