Sea, sun and wind are the only 3 ingredients needed to produce Fleur de Sel, a 100% natural product, with no additives or additional treatments. It’s obtained through a delicate manual extraction of the first crust of salt formed on the surface of the water, thus achieving a pure, healthier product, without residues. This is because the impurities of the sea are heavy and tend to settle in the lower part of the salt lake, where common sea salt is extracted.
